Bliss Media Studio offers flexible support packages designed to provide access to dedicated Atlassian experts, ensuring optimal tool management and efficiency without the overhead of full-time staff. These packages are designed for client convenience, allowing control over the tasks and services utilized.

Package Subscription and Renewal:

• The Client will be billed immediately upon subscription and then monthly or annually thereafter, depending on the chosen package.
• Monthly packages automatically renew each month, while annual packages renew each year.
• Clients are reminded 14 days before renewal and may cancel with 10 days’ notice.

Invoicing and Payments:

• The Client will be invoiced monthly or annually, in line with their subscription.
• Invoices are due upon receipt.
• Prices exclude sales tax and other duties as may be required by law. Applicable taxes and duties will be charged to the Client.

Client Portal and Service Control:

• Access to the Client portal is provided for submitting service requests.
• Clients receive estimates for hours required per task, which they must approve before work commences.
• Accepted work is deducted from the monthly hours available.

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property developed under this Agreement will be owned by Bliss Media Studio.
• The Client receives a non-exclusive, limited-use license for this intellectual property.

Confidentiality and Trade Secrets:

• The Consultant agrees not to disclose or use any Trade Secrets obtained during the engagement except as authorized by the Client or required by law.

Indemnification:

• Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other from any claims, losses, damages, etc., resulting from their actions under these terms, except where such damages result from the indemnified party’s own negligence.

General Provisions:

• This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior communications.
• This Agreement is binding on the parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
• Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; masculine terms include the feminine.
• The terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
• The waiver of any breach under these terms does not constitute a waiver of any other breach.

Jurisdiction:

• Any disputes under these terms will be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
