With eight years of hands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise Jira and Confluence instances for a user base exceeding 500 users, my strategy for Mansueto Ventures is rooted in a wealth of practical insights and expertise. Drawing from this wealth of knowledge, I aim to create a highly organized and engaging Jira site tailored to the unique needs of Mansueto Ventures. Having published a comprehensive playbook on how to set-up Jira, this opportunity to start from scratch is a dream contract. I am excited to build out all the spaces and templates meticulously, ensuring they align seamlessly with the team’s workflows and operational requirements. This strategy not only capitalizes on proven methodologies but also aims to bring an elevated level of efficiency and engagement to Mansueto Ventures’ Jira environment.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive training program for Mansueto Ventures’ teams, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the new Jira environment.

- Execute a meticulous plan for migrating existing tickets from ShortCut and Basecamp to Jira, preserving data integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing of the new Jira environment, ensuring that workflows are seamlessly integrated and all functionalities meet the team’s requirements.
PRICING
Our initial engagement with Mansueto Ventures was facilitated through UpWork on a fixed contract project, successfully migrating two teams to Jira for a total investment of $6,000. Building on this success, we’ve secured two additional engagements to bring four more teams onto Jira. Our pricing model is tailored to the scope and complexity of each migration, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency throughout the process.
